She also supervises for coaching projects and coaching organisations. Recently she designed and co-hosted Continuing Professional Development teleclasses for coaches, covering themes such as Working with Addictive clients, using the Karpman Drama Triangle with unexpected or difficult client situations and Building the Internal Supervisor. For the ICF, she ran a powerful workshop on Developing Coaching Presence. Edna has a passionate commitment to Coaching Supervision, believing that as the profession matures and as coaches work more deeply, Coaching Supervision has an increasing role to play in coaches' Continuing Professional Development.

She trained at The London Convivium for Archetypal Studies learning how to work with archetypal energies to support profound personal, professional and spiritual development. All of this extensive training and experience feeds in to Edna's coaching. She is a natural alchemist who works with a wide range of individual clients, many of whom are in either Mid-life or Retirement Transition.

Currently, Edna lives in N. Ireland and much of her work is via the telephone. She regularly returns to the South of England for meetings and workshops.

Testimonials
Edna has played an invaluable role in helping us to develop and refresh the skills, approaches and confidence of our coaches, so that they in turn provide inspirational, effective, leading-edge coaching. Carole Gaskell, Founder: Full Potential Group.

I had a particularly sensitive situation with a client and Edna was excellent at helping me towards understanding and managing the outcome. With her background in Psychotherapy and supervising psychotherapists, managers and coaches, she has the right set of skills to do this. Sarah Litvinoff
