The purpose of executive coaching is to help bring about significant, sustainable, behavioural change, so that both the individual client and the organisation benefit. So what are the different responsibilities of coach and organisation in providing the conditions which support this purpose? How might a coach ensure that a corporate coaching engagement is set up to work, and how might we (inadvertently) set up coaching to fail?

The speakers

Philip Brew is an ICF accredited Master Certified Coach, with experience of more than 3,000 client coaching hours, primarily in the corporate world.
Passionate about contributing to excellence and professionalism in coaching, he trains professional coaches in the UK and Ireland through an accredited coach training programme () and is a coach supervisor and mentor to practising coaches.
He is the immediate past Co-President of the UK Board of ICF, a member of the international Ethics and Standards Committee, and a presenter at the 2005 European Coaching Conference in Norway.
