Original class announcement
This Masterclass is designed specifically for those coaches who sometimes find clients present issues that are on the edge of the coaching relationship. More and more people are seeking coaching to enable themselves to deal with a range of issues that life presents. Coaches need to be aware of the boundaries between coaching and therapy, including the current and future law with regard to coaching work.
Most coaches work effectively and safely, yet there are some common psychological disorders that may affect the coaching relationship. This Masterclass covers an introduction to the boundaries between coaching and therapy, when coaching must stop and the law regarding coaching work.
The government is becoming increasingly concerned with the regulation of psychological therapies. Some of the existing regulatory bodies are also keen to see coaching included within statutory regulation. This Masterclass brings you up to speed with current thinking.
