What is Mentor Coaching?

Mentor Coaching is a combination of coaching and mentoring, provided by one coach (the Mentor Coach) to another coach (the Coachee). The aim of Mentor Coaching is to support the coachee in their own personal growth, coaching skills development, client situations and practice development, through coaching, giving advice, and sharing information and experience
